Instead, you must click on each hero and enter the details manually. The settings will then be saved to each individual hero and you can have one custom crosshair for each hero Just be careful because if you press the save button on the reticle page it will wipe all of your custom reticles

Don't trust this having different reticle removes consistency and effects aim. I used to think otherwise. Its better to have one crosshair u get used to spotting in any choas.

@@phantomberzerk9486 my thoughts on this is every single hero has extremely different attacks (different travel time, bullet size, special effects, bullet drop) so using the same crosshair and building consistency on one character is great, but when you switch, that same aiming will not work on another hero - rocket raccoon is a great example - if you aim like the punisher on rocket racoon you will miss 100% of the shots due to his delayed firing feature crosshairs wont help you aim but they'll help refresh your brain on how to make the right aim adjustments for each character

It makes sense if you watched the video, look at Mantis and at Magik, you have to aim outside of the crosshair to get headshots when you're close because this isn't a FPS and the perspective matters as the shot comes from your character and not from the middle of your screen.

When you're changing your crosshair settings, you can select a character at the top and the settings changed will only be applied to that specific character and will be saved. This also allows for other character-specific controls to be changed too.

Hela) you can test this by moving farther away from the firing range bot and shooting. there is a travel time and not an instant hitmarker you can hear and see it. Rocket is a projectile character. I love this video it made me understand how to make these. Yours are pretty good but heads up. I found you can improve the invisible woman one. Her push&pull ability has a weird hotbox and with a huge but almost invisible crosshair you can always hit that ability if you aim at the bottom left part of the crosshair, between the left and bottom lines. And the circle would be the most clear and small part at the center, to hit the primary fire. I don't know the code since I made it on Xbox but it should look like this Width: 17, 0, 11 Reticle Opacity: 0, 50, 100 Outline width: 0, 35, 35 Outline opacity: 100, 100, 0 Blur: 62, 40, 40 Center gap: 100, 45 Crosshair length: 34 Crosshair angle: 0

For me, another reason for a Dagger's crosshair is when the target is far away and outside the autoaim but still hits. This is a rare case, but I did encounter such case sometime.

'you may think your reticle in marvel rivals doesn't matter' because it doesn't, not exclusive to marvel rivals but to every game, the reticle is a reference point, you don't look at your crosshair while you aim, you look at the target. Think of this as looking at a fan, if you look at the middle It's impossible to track the blades, but if you focus on one of the blades, you can read the movement of the blade perfectly well. Same thing when you're aiming at a target in a shooter The only time you should look at your crosshair is when things are VERY far away, and for that ideally you want a very small dot

wierd you didnt mention on punisher how the circle will actually give you better aim when in turret. Maybe make it a bit bigger tho but then itd work similar to rockets. It allows you to use the circle's outline to track targets that are moving, this wont really work for fast moving targets bec you can only increase the circle so far BUT for walking or normal flying its amazing as it allows you to hit the most shots without having to guess the distance.

Amazing tysm for sharing! With black panther you need as much visuals as possible so I dont recommend such a big crossair. So in theory it’s. Great crossair but not in actual practise. The spear’s trajectory is super easy to learn and you dont need to hit the target anyways as long a it’s nearby enough.

The cloak one would have been more helpful if it showed when you were within the 20m threshold for impact imo. If you could capture the radius around someone like you did and the distance at 20m to ensure a hit, that would be the optimal setup. But I’m not sure you can since the circle size would be the thing to be changed. Overall great video though!!
