I followed gamora just on instinct not thinking the game would actually let me go after her. But I think the option where literally everyone in the guardians is angry at each other at the halfway point of the game made for the better story. It made everyone coming together the better

Well if you manage to make rocket hack the box then the milano will come, if you trust gamora to go then for the rest of the game and the final battle raker will lost his hand and it will help in the final figjt

It felt weird when she popped up in the milano and it said she appreciates that you trusted her to go alone, how she was standing made it feel like she was angry we basically left her behind lmao but i guess not. Also i assumed letting her go alone was by not using her in the fight cause i still had the option to use her skills till it went away but i see now that wasnt the case

I found out while watching my nephew play that the game tells you you can follow her if you have the hints on. But Gamora also explicitly tells you to trust her and if you let her go alone you win points in her favor.

It could've been a bit less hand holdy (and needed a trimming down on the amount of talking there is), but no it should not have been open world. Open world is fucking trash most of the time. You explore a mostly empty world, bored for half of it, collecting hundreds of retarded useless items that just kills the pacing of the story and slows the game to a crawl.
