Probably because they are fellow Spider-Totems, since the Spider-Sense doesn’t register as a threat something it finds familiar. This is why Venom is immune to it, for example, because it spent all that time with Peter and thus made his Spider-Sense accustomed to it.

For anyone who’s wondering why miles didn’t change invisible in this time 0:21 is because 1: I don’t really fucking know so ima just give you some explanations I THINK are correct this is purely fiction I don’t know donkey shit about this but hear me out. 2: spider people could’ve noticed that he turned invisible due to their spider sense and my one reason for this belief is: Spider-Man into the spider verse when he goes up the elevator Peter B immediately knows he went invisible and btw if anyone of y’all mfs say”OH yea BuTT wHY diDnT hE kNoW WhErE hE wAS dUrIng dOc oCks lAB?” My reason is that A: he wasn’t picked off as a threat that time or B: he simply didn’t move and why? Because miles says: I’m right there implying blud was standing still 3: even if he did go invisible Miguel would’ve found him there was no way for a stealthy approach Miguel has I think like heat vision or smt he is a vampire so yuh but he would've gotten miles if he went invisible therefore ending any chance 4: miles himself said i had a plan and therefore blud didn't go invisible 5: if you guys say any bulk shit bout: oH yuh? then why didn't that spider artificial vr girl not see em? A: she did and she let it go B: its like spider lair she doesn't have any spider sense thats all i think is the reason for why miles doesn't use invisible

Rewatching this and the movie in general shows Miguel never trusted Father Peter, Gwen, and by extension the original roster that worked with Miles (Penni, Porker, Noir). They had tracking and spy programs installed. Took Father peters location, spied and recorded Gwens talk with miles parents at the end of the movie. Cant wait for the next movie to expand on this.
