I don't want to say they killed the character, cuz i have to she the show first. But it's very important part of Punisher that his family got caught in the crossfire of a gang war. The fact of this could happend to anybody is very important. Just like Batman parents was killed by a random thug. Im still very excited for the show but i just hope they gonna do it right if that's the way they want to go with him.
