A Man-Thing mention in Agents of SHIELD implies he was a SHIELD prisoner at some point, and a giant Man-Thing bust in Thor: Ragnarok implies he was stuck in those gladiatorial games at another point, all of which fits in nicely with Jack saying that he has to keep getting Ted out of trouble.

I really enjoyed your react to this one! It's one of my favorite Disney + projects. Ted was actually a human, and was transformed into that creature, known as the Man-thing, after working on a new serum trying to recreate the Super Soldier serum that created Captain America.. He is a swamp creature, and "anything that knows fear, burns at the touch of the Man-thing"The music is great for this time of year! One of my favorite parts is the flaming tuba.

Hey, Tasha! ULYSSES BLOODSTONE was a prehistoric man who came into possession of a fragment of the Bloodstone which embedded itself in his chest. The gem is an alien artifact from another dimension that protectively encased an evil intelligence called the Hellfire Helix capable of creating monstrous guardians. One such guardian destroyed Ulysses' entire tribe. For 10,000 years, he hunted the Bloodstone's guardians to avenge his tribe and psionically vanquished the Helix within the stone in the 20th-century. MOON KNIGHT started off in the comics as a werewolf hunter and traded blows with Jack more than once! TED SALLIS is the MAN-THING, a former biochemist who has lost his intelligence after merging with a mystical swamp while injected with a sulfur-based regenerative serum with which he was experimenting. He responds to anger, hate and fear by secreting sulfuric acid that severely burns those he touches. He is gentle with those who have no ill intent and who are not afraid of him. The portion of the Everglades he protects is known as THE NEXUS OF ALL REALITIES and Man-Thing can create portals to alternate realities as well as teleport to locations he has seen. Man-Thing has been a member of the THUNDERBOLTS and all three characters have been members of the MIDNIGHT SONS along with BLADE, MORBIUS, FRANKENSTEIN'S MONSTER, GHOST RIDER, HELLSTROM, JENNIFER KALE and BROTHER VOODOO! The special was emulating the black-and-white Universal horror cycle of the 1930s and 1940s starring the likes of Bela Lugosi, Boris Karloff, Lon Chaney, Jr., Claude Rains and John Carradine even though it was set in 2025. GAEL GARCIA BERNAL is part of the 1990s Mexican Renaissance that includes DIEGO LUNA, DEMIAN BICHIR, SALMA HAYEK, ALFONSO CUARON, ALEJANDRO GONZALEZ INARRITU and GUILLERMO DEL TORO. LAURA DONNELLY is from "The Nevers" and "Outlander". The first color film to use three-strip Technicolor for the length of the feature was "Becky Sharp" in 1935!

Here are some marvel werewolf by night details you should know. The character of werewolf by night was introduced in the moon knight comics. The werewolf by night character Jack Russell it's not the traditional werewolf due to the fact his family suffers from a generational curse brought on by the dark hold. Jack is immune to certain werewolf troops like silver which can hurt but will not kill him. The traditional marvel werewolf look similar to the werewolfs of the underworld franchise while Jack looks different more like a old monster movie. Which does have a purpose with jack learning to remain in werewolf form and speak normally. Man-Thing aka Ted Salis came in contact with a failed super soldier serum then was dumped in the swamps of the everglade which basically turn him into the guardian Avatar of nature. Then there's Elsa bloodstone who is the number to Buffy the vampire Slayer due to the fact he was born superhuman. Elsa also uses the blood gem to increase her strength speed endurance and while also providing her a healer factor that rivals characters like wolverine.

Ummm...the top poster got that backwards. Moon Knight was created as an antagonist for Werewolf By Night. Moon Knight first appeared in Werewolf By Night vol. 1 #32 August 1975. Created by writer: Doug Moench and artist Don Perlin. Don Perlin worked on a bunch of the supernatural books including Ghost Rider, Werewolf By Night and Moon Knight. He also worked for Valiant Comics which was founded by Jim Shooter - former Editor in Chief at Marvel Comics. Don helped with the creation of Bloodshot. A mercenary shot up with nanites. Giving him enhanced strength, regeneration and enhanced reflexes. Basically a super soldier like Captain America. He also can tap into technology much like the T-X Terminator in T3. Referred to asTechnopathy. The Man-Thing's deal is whatever knows fear burns at the touch of the Man-Thing. Jack isn't afraid of him so he is safe. Howard the Duck also made some appearances in the Swampy Nexus where the Man- Thing hangs out. 😮

FUN FACT Bobbi from AOS in the comics she was involved with the team that created the serum that created Man thing. It was in her past when she was just a scientist before fully becoming a trained Agent.

“Ted” is known as The Man-Thing. In the 1980s, Marvel would occasionally put out double length issues which they called “Giant Sized Issues.” And when they put one out for this character, we young boys would take delight in going to every comic shop in the area and asking the guy behind the counter: “Excuse me, sir, but do you have a Giant-Sized Man-Thing?” Much snickering followed.

@ianthomas1201 I'm so sorry! I've been struggling to keep up, but I swear I'm trying! The video I'm working on now is Friday the 13th part 7. I'm hoping it will be done today, if not then Monday. The next video is either going to be halloween 4 or Bride of Chucky. I had a hard time finding halloween 4. That movie is obscure lol. I found the DVD on Amazon for like $70 😲. My friend found it on appletv but I couldn't figure out how to get it to download on my computer from there. I got my reaction filmed for it though. My boyfriend found the WHOLE halloween set for $80 on Ebay, so I'm waiting for that to arrive so I can actually start editing. I have the movie for bride of chucky already downloaded on my computer and ready to go. I just have to film it, so depending on when the DVD set arrives will determine which of those videos comes out first
