Daredevil will be at a greater disadvantage since his heightened senses will affect his hearing greater, causing pain. Maya on the other hand would just not be able to see clearly

Daredevil and Kingpin are part of Maya (Echo) story how were you shocked by that. Kingpin is her adopted father, Daredevil is her teammate and in some comics also her lover. There's even a comic called "Daredevil & Echo"
