does lab monster toolkit work for ffightcade games ?

Only the basic timer mode features, (recording playback etc). The frame locking and slow down features are not compatible with fightcade from my experimentation. In the future, please ask Lab Monster Toolkit questions on the Itch page or Lab Monster Toolkit related videos.
