I Know, marvel almost betrays their own rules of these characters as a way to almost force this zombie story to work. And it works most of the time, like a zombie hulk, who is basically a rabid ape if you gave it the spice from sly 2, a zombie wolverine who can use his enhanced senses to track any uninfected, and a zombie mystique, who can change her form into an uninfected. But then you get to a zombie morbius, (which is completely bullshit, he's already dead, you can't infect someone who's already dead) a zombie Deadpool (seriously, how do infect someone who can't die? But headpool is quite hilarious.) Silver surfer being torn apart (seriously, he is literally an otherworldly being!) And Galactus being torn apart. (Galactus is literally the opitome of cosmic powers, not even hulk could stop him.)

Simon Giha Deadpool (Main universe) could still be infected by a zombie plague. In a older comic run (Deadpool: Merc with a Mouth), he attached the headpool (Zombie Deadpool) to his shoulder (to fight better, just another Deadpool idea). After he (Main universe Deadpool) took the head off, he was infected and began transforming into a zombie, but he had a cure (can't remember how) and cured himself.
