Most of the games that I played on the PS1 were licensed games like Jackie Chan Stunmaster, Pink Panther: Pinkadelic Pursuit, Sheep, Dog 'n' Wolf (Sheep Raider), Toy Story 2: Buzz Lightyear to the Rescue, Tom and Jerry in House Trap, Scooby-Doo and the Cyber Chase. I had more fun with these games than any other critically acclaimed game.

We'll never have a console like the PSX again. It was right at the crossroad of the transition from 2d to 3d and the experimental nature of a lot of the games reflected that. It was not a 2d or 3d monster so a lot of the time we ended up with 2d/3d graphic mismashes like Klonoa, Tomba, Star Ocean 2, Final Fantasy Tactics, Dragon Quest 7 etc, that are just wonderful. I find it funny that now everyone thinks HD 2D is all the rage, but we had the same style of graphics 30 years ago.

Will you make a part 2? I thought Ehrgiz and Diablo were very good dungeon crawler games as well as Legend of legia being a great game with an excellent story and unique game play. Speaking of unique RPGs how about the "tales of" games? Tales of destiny 1&2 has a multiplayer aspect to pull off some crazy combos. Suikoden might be one of the first games to import a save file from the previous game, giving the player better stuff. Blood omen was a very fun and dark spin on a vampire game. Vandel hearts, vanguard bandits nor Final Fantasy Tactics were mentioned. I guess those games were not that high on the list of good games huh. I'm sure there are lots of honorable mentions. Maybe for another 100 top games?

Gran Turismo 2 actually looked slightly worse than the original Gran Turismo, and this is because they pushed the hardware to the Absolute limits and therefore had to stay back the car models and the environment from how smooth it looked in the first game!! If you play both games on an emulator, you can tell this even more because the first game looks absolutely incredible running on an emulator and upscaled whereas you can see a lot of the things they had to scale back in the second game due to the increased track count, and car roster size ?

@@GameTimeWhy I don't know I looked at the whole list and my two favorite Playstation One games are always going to be Crash Bandicoot 2 and Pac-Man World and Crash Bandicoot 2 I still say is the game that turned Crash Bandicoot into a staple It gave him all of his staple characteristics and gameplay in Pac-Man World is what gave us Pac-Man's iconic design and was such a solid good game with great gameplay so the fact those two aren't on this list still disgust me.
