No way. The Predators are a nomadic species and since the males in there prime are away on hunting partys it would be full of females,young unweaned pups,,and old retired and ancients. That story would almost force the writers to have humans kidnapped from earth and used for experiments and out slavery. Damn near impossible to write while staying true to the source material and not resetting the entire culture and concept we have.

So there must be for example yautja which are not part of the clan and making living by selling products, building houses/constructions and similar things.

They need to make a movie that focuses on there home world and there society etc . Make it in the future and have a human space ship crash land and the humans that survived have to find there way off the planet. It would be epic if done right.

I'm currently writing a script for a film I wanna make, where 98% of the film takes place on yautja prime. The other 2% settings, are in space and other planets in back stories and other stuff... My script takes place in the relatively recent period in yautja history. It's a fan project, and not part of any released film cannon.

I just always try to interpreted it as it was just a clan of Bad Bloods who use the DNA of the prey they killed preform illegal DNA splicing experiments on themselves as a way to better themselves and cheat on hunts and were wanting to invade earth out of they just wanted to hunt and NOT the entire Predator race is doing it. Considering Predators don't like their DNA being mixed with other things hence why they call Predaliens "abominations" so DNA splicing is probably most certainly seen as taboo and illegal.

And now that there was a high point with Prey, we should expect a series of frustrating and baffling calls to balance things out.

Such story's as in yautja lore within expended universe could be incorporated into the new movie's after the success of Prey because it's was a brilliant experience and for the great time for Predator franchise and the yautja fans so Disney and 20th century studios ownership bring it on will transformed into a New Predator universe franchise with film's of main series spinoffs anthologys standalones Prequel series comic's and novels with video games including a female yautja into live action to the franchise for first time in it history of the yautja species hunters. Aliens vs. Predator, it's a really awesome game with 3 paths to take, the Xenomorph, The human path, Or the Yautja path, In the predator path you'll take the place of a young predator who's just passed his opening ritual and is sent to hunt humans from what I remember, In the Xenomorph path, you take the place of yet another young Xenomorph on a spaceship and then outside, you get to like crawl in vents and on walls n stuff and it's really awesome.
