The reason that Jett is "boring" to some, is because he is not riding that hard, yet. Other top riders not able to push him, is why Jett rides like he is on practice day. Look back at when Ferrandez pushed Jett in the 250's, Jett was sensational to watch...

The only one that can beat Jett is Jett, I think as long as he doesn’t feel like he has to win every race and dominate he can have a pretty long career, but if he gets injured like (Pastrana, Bubba, Rokzen) and many other he’ll be fine. It tends to be that those who have the speed are a lot of the time on the razors edge, the most current one I remember was Rokzen on Honda at the begin he was unbelievable and then had the crash that almost ended his career.

It kinda seems like Jett just has better balance than the rest of the field. I was rewatching Daytona last night and it just seems like he doesn’t get off balance at all in the ruts. Also, it seems unlikely that anybody is going to beat him consistently anytime soon. No one has lived the life he has lived. No one else has the combination of: 1) dazzy as a dad 2) training with Greg moss, 3) years grinding in Europe, 4) a great older brother to watch. You can’t expect to be an outlier if you ain’t doing outlier type shit, and Jett’s whole life is outlier shit.

Talking about over-riding stuff at the 9:00 mark, is so true. The fastest guys with the best technique never look like they're attacking the track or the bike. Guys like Roczen, Jett, Herlings, Musquin, Sexton, all look effortless most of the time. Only can think of the likes of Stewart, and perhaps RV and Tomac, that make the full attack work for them.

Mate I work as a counsellor and you need to research how to interview people. Do not invite people in to talk about yourself and your thoughts. Ask open ended questions, paraphrase back to them to make sure you understand what is being said, and become friends with silence. Silence doesn't need to be filled. They are the expert, ask a question and give them time to think and stop talking about yourself

Jase’s interview style comes off more as two buddies having a conversation rather than the interrogation style interviewing that we’re all used to with a standard interview. I think he’s gotten better with the interrupting over time. But I don’t think demanding actions to accommodate your expectations on how Jase conducts HIS show is very good counseling Mr. Counselor 🤣🤣

Ppl seem to forget that Jett is young and when your young you take more risks on the bike, we all have been there in our later teens and early 20s but I predict if he gets an injury from risking it like he does at times that will bring him down a notch, Just my thoughts but I don't believe he will be as dominant as some think he will especially not beating out McGraths win record not with Sexton in there and Deegan coming along soon enough, I think he will end up somewhere around where Tomac is and Ricky is.

This is true for 99.9% of us who are weekend warrior riders. I feel like this doesn’t apply to the guy who just won the supercross championship. When you are at that high of a level, there’s a very very fine line between crashing and being as fast as possible. I’m personally not a Jett fan but the dude is fast asf not because he’s young but because talent. He could suck next season who knows 🤷‍♂️

You are absolutely dreaming. If Tomac was 100% healthy and didn't have his injury last year and won the title his confidence level would have been peak level. Honestly we haven't seen Tomac beast mode in quite a while. If he was healthy, confident and willing to ride beast mode Jett wouldn't have to deal with different pressure.

Against nobody. What other top-tier championship riders were even on the track when RC had his perfect seasons? or when JS had his? Nobody even _close_ to the level of someone like Chase Sexton, who couldn't beat Jett. Jett would have had a perfect season even with RC on the track. Completely different level and depth of talent in the sport now than there was then.

I'm a pretty big Deegan fan, but I'm also a realist lol. Na bud. Think about this. They're literally about the same age. Haiden is a great upcoming prospect, but Jett just won the 450 supercross title.. in his rookie year.. at 18 years old... basically the same age as Haiden.. there's levels.

@@ShepardOfficial You're not wrong, except that Jett is 20. Not a huge difference, but 2 years in this sport can change a lot. But Jett was definitely a much more accomplished rider at Haiden's age than Haiden is. And I don't think Haiden's style is going to translate to the 450 as well.
