You can make the same thing its just noodles, cheese, butter and pepper. He just wasted a really expensive ingredient just to make it into a bowl. If restaurants do use the wheel as a bowl they get most of the cheese out and just use the rind to serve it in. Most of the time they will make a frico bowl out of shredded parmesan cheese on a silicone pad then bake it. While it's still warm they shape it into a bowl over top of a mold.

That looked amazing. Glad you found your wheel😀. I would have just bought a few of the cut ones of the cheese and sliced them and covered my pasta bowl with all the slices heated it a little to melt them together so they adhere to the bowl then add the hot pasta. Just my idea because wheels of cheese are ridiculously expensive and hard to find. I may try it this week.

Mav u should have a window box in th3 back of your truck and grow some herbs! I'm sure it would get nice and humid back there, u can mist it once a day and put it by the window for sunlight.

"can't really plant a garden in a truck" you know what, I have a good buddy who's a wizard at gardening and also does a lot of truck camping. I might have to present that challenge to him.

I was skipping a bit through the video and saw you stop at Fromagerie Victoria for a poutine, I was a bit surprised to see you there but I hope you liked it! It is one of my favorite places to go to when I want a poutine since their cheese is made by themselves, and they are GENEROUS with the servings!

Would have gone to like a small italian store. Like a speciality market. Could be hard to find in french portions of canada, but I imagine they'd have it.

Bro, make a garden on the roof of your truck. Just some simple herbs and have a windblock. That would be so original and fir your style to a tee!!!!!
