I loved this talk so much. I'm a cradle Catholic, who fell away from the church. I started talking bad about Mother Mary, saying she was an invention of men to keep women submissive. I also did not believe in the Bible..... Oh was I so wrong. I am so happy that She came to my aid and God took the vail off my eyes. I am now a big promoter of the rosary. I lost friends and family but I am in love with Jesus and mother Mary.

@@camp5607 I guess we have different two different definition for worship. For me praying to Mary has never been and will never be worship. For me, Holy Mass is the highest form of worship. Jesus is truly present in the Holy Eucharist and I worship Him. He is my God not Mary. Some Christians will ask, “Why pray to Mary when we can go directly to Jesus?” And yet they have no problem asking others here on earth to pray for them, instead of simply and solely praying to Jesus on their own. "Now when He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each having a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints" (Rev.5:8). Who do think these saints are? "The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much." (James 5:16). When we pray to Mary, she is not the end. Jesus is our end. Her goal is to bring us to Jesus. She is our mother. Jesus gave her to us. "And the dragon was enraged with the woman, and he went to make war with the rest of her offspring, who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ." (Rev.12:17). "When Jesus therefore saw His mother, and the disciple whom He loved standing by, He said to His mother, “Woman, behold your son!” Then He said to the disciple, “Behold your mother!” And from that hour that disciple took her to his own home." (John 19:26). It's entirely Biblical. Also the word Bible is not mentioned in the Bible either. God bless you :)

I'm coming to think that Mary was greatly involved in the writing of the Gospels. That her influence was essential to the Gospels pointing to Christ and only allowing just the most basic of information about of her. As one of the early church Saints who had met Mary exclaimed, that if He had not known that Jesus was God he would have gladly worshipped her. @@tatie7604 there are plenty of mystical saints who point us in this direction. If you are not opening yourself up to the whole greatness of God, you miss so much truth. I highly recommend the work "The Mystical City of God" by Mary of Agreda. Just this week, I finally got to a whole section on the life of Mary and Jesus that confirms my thinking and helps it make sense. It's a remarkable book. I'm also doing a month long Devotion with Mary and the overlap with that mystical writing is amazing. God's plan is so much greater than our humanity can ever comprehend. Just be open and seek holiness. He will lead you to His truth.

Be like Mary Imitate Mary To Jesus through Mary Devotion to Mary My mind could grasp this. I want to do all these things. But, the meaning and importance of living a life in imitation of Mary didn’t touch and move my heart and become a part of me until I heard it from Mary herself. These are from Our Blessed Mother Mary to Mary of Agreda as related in the Mystical City of God: “During my whole life, thou hast seen me act in the same manner uniting works of the Spirit with exterior occupations without friction or hindrance. In order then to imitate me in all this as I require, it is necessary that...” “And, moreover, I have shown it to thee in practice as in the clearest mirror...” “So much does it concern thee to listen to me and obey me in all that I teach thee with a mother’s kindness.” “Take heed also to imitate me in the faithful love by which I abstain from the sweets of inferior delights in imitation of my Master.” The full passage from The Mystical City of God follows. This is well worth the read. It is not a trivial matter. God bless. From Mystical City of God, Chapters 753 and 754 Instruction which the Queen of Heaven, Most Holy Mary, gave me. My daughter attend to the teaching of this chapter as being the most appropriate and necessary for the state assigned to thee by the Most High and for the correspondence and love which thou owest Him. This requires of thee that, in the midst of thy labors and intercourse with the creatures, whether in commanding or governing as a superior or obeying as a subject, thou do not permit thy self by any of these duties or other exterior occupations to neglect the attention due to the presence of thy Savior in the secret and higher parts of thy soul nor withdraw thy self from the Light of the the Holy Spirit in His constant communications. For my Divine Son seeks in the secrets of thy heart such ways as are hidden to the demon and to which thy passions have no access for they lead to the sanctuary whither the High Priest alone can enter (Hebrew 9:7) and where the soul enjoys the hidden embraces of its King and Spouse. As soon as it prepares for Him His chamber of rest with a single and eager mind, there shalt thou find thy Lord, propitious, the Most High, liberal, thy Creator, merciful, thy sweet Spouse and Redeemer, loving. Then wilt thou not fear the powers of darkness nor the effects of sin, which are unknown in that region of Light and Truth. Yes it was distracting I had trouble tuning to it but it improved towards the end, the content was great.
