Beside that Mary isn’t following or standing up for what’s right, she just keeps saying she “loves them both” but do you really ?? As an outsider and a viewer perspective, Chrishell did her part by standing up for herself and stopped making people step all over her ! Chrishell had a voice on this season well done to her it was about time, Nicole on the other hand was so irrelevant she’s the one that was clout and fame she just came out of nowhere starting with the hate and negativity Nicole doesn’t deserve any credit because she’s the real bully of it all !

I’ve always said that being a manager/boss is something that needs to be taught. Conflict resolution is a skill that must be learned and avoiding conflict doesn’t help. Chelsea being put as a mean girl sucks because there already a stigma for a black women. I really hope she stays on for season 7 and we get a more wholesome side of her.

Nicole was forcing a narrative so she could be more relevant, but she's just annoying af. i'm so sad to hear that Amanza and Chrishell are not friends anymore. also, can anyone stand by the fact that Jason was the initial problem here? I really liked Mary In every other season but this one. I understand she wanted a job that was SOLELY a real estate manager but the truth is that she’s a manager period. Whether having to mediate drama in the office or squashing conflict between individual agents is part of a managers job and she just seems to crumble under the pressure of dealing with human beings. I understand that she took her job description at face value and wants to solely focus on the real estate aspect of management but that’s not all a manager is. If she doesn’t want to gage to deal with these aspects of her job then it would be in the best interest of not only her mental state but for the brokerage for her to be more involved in these aspects. Even if she doesn’t want that to be a part of her job it still has to be SOMEONE’S job to mediate since I’m assuming the Oppenheim Group doesn’t have an HR department to personally deal with employee grievances

This interview is quite painful to watch, he’s asking Mary four five questions in the one breath and rambling on after it, just ask a question at the time she’ll be confused what one you even want her to answer and very draining for a listener as your sitting thinking get to the question get to the point. While I think Chelsea is a bit too judgy, I also understand her gripe with Brie. It’s less than smart and thoughtless to choose to have a child with a man that will not be fully present in the child’s life. More so a man a very public man that is selfishly populating the world without thought to how each child will develop because there is no way he can fully be present in their life when he will be needed. Most women get into this situation without knowing that the man is not going to be present, but purposefully choosing a man that won’t be present is a side-eye worthy selfish choice.

I can’t help but love Mary. I can’t help but appreciate her being a bit evasive with her responses & staying out of the drama. I feel like this interview is just fishing for drama… asking questions about other cast member’s personnal life when this could have been an opportunity for learning more about who is Mary and what drives her in life. Honnestly everytime I try to listen to this podcast I’m always left feeling the ick🥴.
