Mary still has a voice til this day. It isn't as raspy due to the fact is she started having vocal training to make her voice better in clarity and range. Her voice was not raspy due to drugs. Drugs damage and alters ur vocals for the worst NOT to make them sound good. Now all hail the queen.

Me and big sis used to crank up the stereo when our mother was at work or had ran to the store, and let our souls hemorrhage into our vocal cords to this song.
