@Jonathan Jimenez nope. First obviously, Pete falled for MJ during high school. Secondly somewhere after or before high school they broke up. Pete was alone for a while unless in SPIDER-MAN 2 it'll show that he also dated Gwen Stacey if not then somewhere after high school Felicia came into his life. Pete finds out Felicia was Black Cat in 1 yr they were doing a Bonnie & Clyde romance, then started dating together as both Spider-Man x Black Cat & Peter x Felicia. Maybe 1 time during a fight who knows who, Pete was injured and Felicia treated him and they got personal hence Pete sleeping with Felicia first. Then later on Felicia started stealing again, they broke up and then Pete started dating MJ again. Then they broke up again, then 6 months later the game begins

Maybe (although i'm not 100% sure) because they're not from the same reality (Peter is from earth-616 and Spider-Gwen is from earth-65) and because she wasn't as popular as a character during the game production (remember: her solo comic series flopped), as opposite to Black Cat (long time fan favorite) and Mary Jane (long time Spider-Man's ultimate love interest) However, thanks to Into Spiderverse, Marvel Rising and her comic reboot she might become popular enough to appear in a future game or maybe getting a solo game in a farther future
