I`m sorry to tell you that this isn`t new stuff. This song Arcadia is at least 4 years old. It just hasn`t been released on KZbin in the full MV version before. I think it has something to do with copyrights from another record company. Mary`s Blood used to be signed on to Victor Entertainment now they are with TokumaJapan, so maybe they just got the rights to put it up now. They have also released another old MV "World`s End" along with Arcadia. The most recent release from Mary`s Blood is still the anime cover album Re>Animator from 2020 and the Super Live at O-East 2020 Live DVD/BR.

@@Hethern Yes that would be great. I don`t know why they have been so shy in the past with the uploading of the MVs. Instead of uploading some short version, they might as well give the fans the whole MV. I have bought all their Live DVDs, but can`t find a DVD with their MV collection, which is a bit frustrating. Some of them has been released as extras to the CDs, but some of them are sold out, so let`s hope the last 2 will appear on KZbin soon.

They`ve actually put up a short trailer MV version of this song on their official channel kzbin.info/www/bejne/d3rKf3WYjtZ5lac I know it`s not like the real thing. There used to be a live version from the naonのyaon festival 2019 I think, but apparently that has been taken down.

Unfortunately, I didn't do my homework & saw this video was over 4 years old. Thought it was a new one from Mary's Blood. That's on me. there's not been a definitive reason I have seen for them going on "hiatus", ...my thoughts--they had been together since 2012(there was an earlier version of the band with another guitarist and bassist...former Destrose members, worth checking out as well) so essentially they had done a decade as a group and SAKI was involved in several projects with all the free time from gigging that co-vid provided, chief among the projects being Nemophila......It is my feeling they decided to go and pursue other musical interest for a time with SAKI I think becoming more involved with her new band then she had originally intended the time seemed right....its my fervent hope they will regroup someday, I think Mary's Blood are. awesome..Rio is supporting other acts, if you follow her socials you will see her gigging in the music scene in Japan...same for Mari, and EYE has started a solo career and also guests at other musicians gigs, Yoshiro already was a support musician and continues that and we know where SAKI is 🥰

by now you might have seen her use this guitar , Killer Exploder, in some Nemophila cover vids, she has four or five killer models she uses from time to time, she uses her 7 string signature model , Fascinator the Empress 7, for all Nemo stuff live but with other projects breaks out the others, including the red Fascist vice we know so well

Mary's Blood is my favorite female metal band, eastern or western, it is hard to think that it is about to disappear due to a terrible promotion of their record label and the success of Nemophila (which I love too).😭

I hope you are wrong about their disappearance. According to Wiki "Confessions" was their highest charting CD. But they were severely hurt by the Covid period. However, you are right about bad promotion. I became a fan not because of their official channel but because of channels like "Metal Soul" which are now gone. I would have preferred they didn't do the anime stuff as I am not a fan of that and the first half of their last DVD is their anime songs.

There is a new Mary`s Blood cd with new material to be released on september the 29th, and SAKI recently stated in an interview on JAME that she is going on with both bands along with all her solo projects too. New album coming out this September and it might look like Nemophila is the more successful band because of the KZbin video’s but Mary’s Blood tours bigger venues in Japan and has a top 20 charting album in Oricon album with Confessions.

Yes, such a sad story. It is more the management agency than the record label which is to blame. They created Nemophila to compete against Mary's and decided that only 1 of those bands should survive. It is true that promotion for Mary's has been terrible, including releasing very few MVs and chasing all the fans KZbin channels that were promoting them for free....

This is an excellent song and video, a few months ago I watched a video about the making of this one. The weather was less than ideal for the shooting and the girls had a ruff time staying warm. But that's what I love about these Japanese lady's, whatever it takes to get it done they do it!!

That is Saki indeed. Mary's Blood was having a new look for every new album. Many of us hoped Rio would join Lovebites, but I never heard of her actually applying. She might have been sick of japanese big management agencies due to the absurd killing of Mary's Blood, and Lovebites is another of those 'big machines'. She is just going for her independant solo project with much quieter music, and is also support musician for Eye's solo project... which is also quieter than Mary's, though still in the rock/hard rock style. Mari is also starting a solo project.
