The makeup and styling of Mary on her 1970s show was terrible. She looked better anywhere else, before and after the show.

It's strange that they forgot they worked together on Dick's 1969 special Dick Van Dyke and the Other Woman [Mary Tyler Moore], which actually led to Mary's 1970-77 sitcom.
