2023 Wrap up: What I learned and what I loved.

I really enjoy your videos ,. You really made me think about what I would like next year to look like.. My husband passed away on Thanksgiving day . When you are going through another person's things, you realize that they can't take things with them. All that is really left are a few objects and the memories. Loved what you said about how being such a consumer of media, lessens the time that we have for creativity. Have a great 2024.

Love this 💕I also fell back in love with tarot this year by separating my “tarot practice” from tarot tube. Best choice ever. Also love the metaphor or watching metaphysics social media as “junk food for the soul” 😂 so true!! ❤

What a great chat to start out the year! I really appreciate what you shared around creating vs consuming as well as purchasing oracle decks to display 2-3 images on your altar (I definitely do this as well 😏) V.S just buying a beautiful print. What a great idea! I am inspired to return to my good ol’ RWS tarot practice after watching this. Thank you for chatting with me while I crocheted a triangle scarf. I totally agree with everything you are saying. I thought something was wrong with my tarot practice when I would compare my one little favourite Rider Waite deck plus 2 or 3 other decks I hardly touch, with a video of someone using 5 decks in a week and buying more. My Rider Waite reads beautifully and that’s that. I really enjoyed Candy Soul and Soil’s GardenArcana series which inspired me to go out into my back yard and look at how the tarot connected with me deck. Spending time with my one little old deck out in my garden gave me more than watching unboxing and wanting more more more. My word of the year last year was grounded, this year was cultivate, next year is nourish. I do a bunch of reflection on the year, journaling on how I want next year to feel, then sit and wait for the word, it usually shows up in the liminal space between christmas and new year. I love the hat!!! It’s gorgeous. Can’t wait to see your 2024 content. Happy new year. 😊

This, this, this, this, and THIS! We are on the same page. First off, your HAT! 😍😍 I love it so much. It's perfect for you and you for it. 😊 I think I purchased 2 decks in 2023. I gave away some. It seems I usually only use the same 3-5 decks anyway, lol! Usually, the good ol' RWS. 😅 I found myself finally clicking with the deck and not having to use the guidebook so much. The cards do tell me what they mean for me, and my readings are more intuitive now. I still have a long way to go (only been reading a little over 2 years), but tarot just opened up for me about halfway through the year. I made my own protection oil, and I love it so much, I plan to do more. Have a wonderful 2024, may we all keep growing - as human beings, in our practices, and in making this world a better place! ✌️❤️🎶☕️🫂🔮🕯🪄🃏🐈‍⬛🙋‍♀️

I always enjoy listening to your chats. I always watch in the morning while having my cup of coffee while my house is quiet. I have 4 kids so i have to get up early to have some me time. My word of the year, drawn from an oracle deck, is Freedom. I am very interested in where or how that will play out for the year. While reflecting and researching the word freedom I found 3 ways to approach freedom. Freedom from......freedom to.....freedom to be.
