Hand lines are alot of fun in between checking your traps! Actually was my favorite part of crabbing! You did really well for your first crabbing trip! My husband buys a bag of ice and puts the ice in the cooler with the crabs to.stun them on the drive home so they are easier to handle once home! Yo cab clean them easily.prior to cooking them! However I said enough everyone has their way of doing things! Your children are adorable and too funny! Your children will never forget these memories! Your wife is a trooper! We use to crab at eye River! Schnatemans boat rentals ( we would bring a small motor). He also brought his own boat at times!! His Keep on crabbing! Chrissy from.burb of Philly 🦀🦀🦀🦀

Awesome amount of crabs. I haven't been crabbing in decades.
@christinelehr6962 Жыл бұрын
Me and my husband were just saying the same thing! It has been decades since we went to Wye Landing to crab for the Monster Blue's! We would leave from Delco, PA (burb of Philly) at 430 and be in the water by 7ish and have a bushel of huge crabs by 130 and be on our way home! Those were the day's!!!! Now you need your crabbing license, can only crab certain days etc. However I do believe I have talked him into getting that crab permit \license , whatever we need to crab again!!!! I cannot wait to try some hand lines!!!! Chrissy 🦀🦀🦀🦀🦀🦀🦀🦀

Show the cook. You might also try ring traps (Alario Brothers or Perfectionist), they stack nicer in the bot and will not blow out. Good luck,

Yea, I thought about buying some of them. It's definitely a cheaper alternative, and I've heard they work pretty well.
