Thanks for posting - I was at this game - my mom had given me season tickets as a Christmas present (1972)_...I went to every home game and many away games till I went away to college in 1979.

Proof that "Cameron Crazies" existed before that term was coined. This game marked the beginning of big things for Duke. Two seasons later the famous ceiling-suspended baskets debuted at Cameron Indoor plus the Blue Devils, led by Gminski and Spanarkel, made it to the national championship game (a loss to Kentucky). Another three seasons later was the icing on the cake for the Dukies...Coach K's arrival and the start of 42 successful seasons with him at the helm.
