Your videos give a sense of peace and security 💗 Your pace and presentation is as important as your content in achieving this. Thanks for the videos. Glad to realise that people pleasing is something I gave up in my early teens itself (mattulavar enthu vicharikkum). It reduces stress so much and helps set the right expectations. This is extremely important in new relationships, like a partner's family. If I kept trying to please them I would never be able to be close to them. And my mom being a people pleaser like most women of that generation is a big influence for me being the opposite. I have seen how stressful it is for her to keep that image without herself being victimised and feeling exploited. I believe this is most prominent in women, thanks to social conditioning.

ബന്ധുക്കളെ ആയാലും അന്യരെ ആയാലും ബാലൻസ് ചെയ്ത് കൊണ്ട് പോവുക എന്നത് കടലിൽ നീന്തുന്നത് പോലെയാണ് തോന്നുന്നത്, ഒന്നുകിൽ ആക്രമിക്കപ്പെടാം അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അക്കരെക്കുള്ള വ്യാഗ്രതയിൽ മുങ്ങി താഴ്ന്നു പോകാം.. അധികാര സ്ഥാനമൊഴികെ ബാക്കിയുള്ള ഇടങ്ങളിൽ ഇതൊരു സാമൂഹിക പ്രശ്നം കൂടിയാണ്, രണ്ടു പേരെയും( MUTUAL )ബാധിക്കുന്നതല്ലേ അധിക സമയങ്ങളിലും.... എന്ന് തോന്നിപ്പോവുന്നു മാം
