MASALA CHICKEN in 30 min | delicious indian dish | my mom’s recipe

Ingredients ( Serves 3-4 pax )
2 medium onion ( or 1 large )
1 inch ginger
2 cloves garlic
1 cinnamon stick
3 cardamoms
1 tsp cumin
1 green chilli ( 2 for extra spicy)
Few curry leaves
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp chilli powder (3 for extra spice)
1 tomato
2 tablespoons yoghurt
2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
- for the chicken marinade -
2 chicken breast cubed
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp fennel powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tblsp chilli powder
1 tblsp lemon juice
You can marinade the chicken and leave in fridge 30min or overnight

Oh so goooodddd! Full of flavorrs and very nutritious. This is the masala chicken recipe that I want to make. I have all the ingredients if I want to cook it tomorrow. The only thing is that I don’t have cardamom and curry leaves. Plus it is my first time to really cook with cardamom. Thank you Nikki for this delicious and healthy recipe.
