I make dosa very often cause they are our favourite cuisine. I make it from scratch and I have never had any problems in making them. On high heat I heat the pan than sprinkle with water and wipe the pan, put the dosa batter in the middle and they never stick. You lot are professional’s and you lot can’t even make them without sticking. Try the way I have said above and they will be perfect 👌🏼
