Honestly, they should be concentrating on delivering us the big software update that's LONG OVER DUE. Customers, like myself who have been heavily invested with Maschine for years and years, have been requesting features to no avail. They haven't dropped a big update since 2.0 was introduced what 4-5 years ago? To compete with the other big names they need to focus on getting the software up to speed and where it needs to be. Such as adding audio tracks, better Mixer (maybe real send and return tracks?) better automation, and drastically improve that god awful sequencer. In 2018 why can't I record drum mutes on the fly? or why can't I drop an MP3 into the software? C'mon NI more hardware? REALLY? Yeah the new Mikro MK3 is good for entry level and live performers... Sure but come on, lets's keep it 100 here, there isn't much difference in size between that and the full size MK3 and if your going to be needing an interface you're going to need to travel with the full size controller anyway! If you are a Maschine user like me, Love the system, love the workflow but hate the limitations. Like this comment if you want to see a solid software update instead of these new pieces of hardware. RESPECT DDS keep doing your thing fam.

I’m new to this, but Logic Pro X works really well. Also, the Ableton Push 2 looks like it can basically fly the space shuttle. Both Timbaland and Swizz Beatz use it.

@@Driftuner they should because their hardwares don't integrate well with other softwares. I have to go on a half hour programming mission to set up Maschine with Ableton. Browsing sounds is one of the main functions I want to use on a controller and it doesn't work with Maschine on Ableton or any other daw.

The limitations of iMaschine on iOS is making me want this. The expansion packs are better and more inspiring than anything on Beatmaker3.

I'm a #NativeInstruments head i buy and own everything they have but that said something to consider before buying the #MaschineMikroMK3 is that 1. No Interface 2. No practical screens. 3. No ay to sample and adjust samples starts and end points form the hard ware. That said going over to Native Instruments website right now to pre order my MIkro Mk3 and Komplete 12 Collectors edition.

The mikro runs off the Maschine software, so all of your sounds will come from your computer.

In newish to maschine and can you set the pads to cancel them selves out? I have set up my pads in choke mode and but I would like it so if I hit the same pad twice and it a long sound it doesn't overlap and just restarts the sound.

Same here. I put all my soundpacks from Imaschine 2 into Beatmaker 3 since Imaschine seems to have been neglected. By now, NI should've made at least one piece of their hardware compatible with the app. U can't even use MIDI for crying out loud...it's 2018!!!
