Masdevallia orchid follow up! From one bloom last year to three this year: time for a check in!

Yes Plant Lovers I became a bona fide Masdevallia lover after this plant produced one flower for me last year. Well this year I have three so lets have a follow up Masdevallia 101 as these orchids just LOVE my climate! I'll talk light, watering and fertilising.
