Well you are only here once and you can't take it with you
4 ай бұрын
@@acelectricalsecurity Spending it on a Ghibli and then changing their minds for an Audi sounds like they didn't give the idea much consideration. A Ghibli is only going one way quickly, an E-Type Jag on the other hand may have just been an investment. In addition I would imagine that the person they inherited the money from wasn't driving around in a Maserati and had accumulated the wealth over their life for it to be diss-respectfully squandered. If it had been carefully spent then maybe 'their' kids could have also benefitted from it.

Given time these cars will go up in value as are 3200 gt's are and gt's are. I am sure there would have been a time when E types were in the same bracket. Plus, that's if these people were telling the truth, because from the full story they don't cover themselves in glory, and then had the cheek to ask for discount on the car they were buying as a replacement, personally I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them and I wouldn't have left them a fiver if they were related to me.

I had a Ghibli for 4 years and it was the best car I’ve ever owned, it is such a beautiful car. However I sold it last year because I had endless problems with it and it cost an arm and leg to keep it running. The maintenance costs are extortionate and if anything goes wrong you’re paying through the nose. Ultimately I had to get rid because it was I couldn’t justify the costs. In terms of what you did it shows you’re a genuine guy who cares for your customers because most car dealers would have told them to take a running jump. Hopefully you can get it sorted and sold without any issues! I’ve also subscribed to the channel 👍

Best to have done the service first, scan for pending codes, they could have been turned off prior, scanner will tell which bank the sensor is, basically the faults were simple ones that could affect any car, don't start going to court, I was all gung ho last year over a land rover, went to court, judge totally sided with the customer, in fact judge had absolutely no idea about cars and basically didn't listen to me, ended up going to the Isle of Wight for the car, 300 miles, customer wouldn't give me the v5, flat battery and then wouldn't tell the court I'd paid so I'd end up with a ccj, avoid court, just not worth it, tbh you've basically had it up to six mths and if on finance basically forever, great videos by the way.
