MASH: HUD/FUI tip: Hologram effect

A quick tutorial on how to do a simple hologram effect.
A word of warning, I do a 'live boolean' in this tutorial, it's slow, and TOTALLY unnecessary, the same effect could be archived with a Visibility node and a Falloff object, however, I was clearly suffering from a bout of temporary insanity when I recorded this.
