Mashed potato with 1 egg! Super simple and delicious potato and egg recipe
Ingredients and recipe:
200g Leftover mashed potatoes
1 Small egg
Mix well
50g Flour
Mix well
40g Shredded cheese
15g Green onion
Add salt to taste
Add black pepper to taste
Add a pinch of crushed red pepper (optional)
Mix well
Add some vegetable oil
Add potato batter to the pan
Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat
After 5 minutes
Flip over and cook for another 3-5 minutes
Done!
Super crispy outside and super soft inside!
You can eat this with sour cream!
Also can add some green onion

Actually, the eggs and cheese were the healthiest foods in the entire recipe. Research carnivore and/or keto diet.
