I had a very frustrating experience with my Thanksgiving order in Plantation Store, I received the wrong items and called to ask for a solution. I explained that I live 30 minutes away, have three kids (one of whom is sick), and it would be a challenge to return to the store within the 40 minutes they demanded. Despite explaining my situation and even offering to exchange the incorrect items through a delivery driver, I was repeatedly told that my only option was to come back or wait until tomorrow to get a refund after returning the wrong product. This level of inefficiency and lack of empathy, especially during a holiday, is unacceptable. I was left with no immediate solution for our Thanksgiving dinner. I expected better customer service and support in resolving this issue.
