Why do these dispatchers always sound like they are overwhelmed? Is dispatcher PD as well as FD? Sounds like it. Dispatcher should be down the road ( thinking ahead ) regarding this incident. A real Charlie Foster.

FD and PD dispatch are separate in that county, all 911 calls are sent to the SODP (Sheriffs Office Dispatch) and are then sent to the corresponding dispatch center or department.
