Love the pacing of this series - it really helps to give perspective on how long a build can take, without it really dragging on.
@maskedbandit10210 сағат бұрын
@@lizbodge I'm glad to hear it. Honestly that's one thing that's deceptive with KZbinrs. I spent at least an hour on each structure in this episode... But often times you only see the finished product and that skews reality for the average builder. Everything takes a long time in this game when you're going for a certain level of detail lol

So i had this idea of a park based around a local city that is growing but is always kinda broke and the park was a last ditch effort to bring in money. So its gonna be a budget park, but grow as the DLC expansions come out into an official park
@maskedbandit1022 күн бұрын
@@gamelover260 that sounds fun. I highly recommend you have your parks land defined, as a city would have a specific parcel of land that's reserved for such things. Hard boundaries aid in realism and in giving you a nice scale that can be more manageable than the field of green

@@Y2Knoop what section? There's a wierd glitch with the roofs on the lowest grid setting.
@Y2Knoop2 күн бұрын
@maskedbandit102 the restroom building when you did the lower roof. You had 2 squares between the 1m slopes. Instead of using the 2m pieces with the gable, just change the grid height. I use the lowest setting but it probably would have worked with the next lowest setting, allowing you to use the 1m slope
@Y2Knoop2 күн бұрын
@@maskedbandit102 I get the same glitch sometimes with the roofs but not the walls. But I think the next lowest setting will work the same
@maskedbandit1022 күн бұрын
@@Y2Knoop Ah I had to rewatch and now I see what you're saying. I don't mind the 2h roofs, though, honestly. Even with the smallest grid height selected, then we're dealing with overlap which means z-fighting which I like to try to avoid as much as possible. But you're right, we could have made the 1h roofs work if we used the smallest grid setting.
