1 cup of okro blended with a handful spinach
1 cup okro( chopped)
1 white onion ( chopped)
1/2 kilo meat/ beef
2 blue crabs
Snails ( optional)
1/2 kg Beef kidney
1 sachet of Sankofa natural spices
MARINADE
1 bell pepper
1 small size of white onion
Garlic
Ginger
Salt
