80g mackerel fish
400g fresh okro
A handful of fresh spinach
1 fresh tomato
2 large size of white & red onions
2 habanero pepper
4-5 cloves of garlic
2 thumb size ginger
~seasoning
1tbs All purpose seasoning
1 tsp chili flakes
1 ps of cured fermented fish momone
1 piece of superku
1 tsp of thyme
2 ps calabash nutmeg
1 tbs salt

3 cups gari (cassava granules )
1 tbs salt
2 tbs palm oil (optional)
1/4 liter water
