This place is a joke. I worked for a Similar place many years ago and all they do is seed the hillside in Minerals and every now and then they will put a gem quality mineral in the dirt with all the rest. They will even take a backhoe and turn or till up the dirtin front of you to sell the show. I've even seen this done in creeks, small rivers, hill sides and in seeded bags and buckets of dirt . This is called "seeding". I had to do it myself. It's all fixed and set up. It can be fun and great learning experience for kids. They love it. But do it at a mine with prefixed - seeded bags or buckets. The kids will get more stuff and have a better time.

#1 where would you recommend intead in north carolina? #2 Is it true they take the same gravel you sifted, and mix it back into the hil side?
