Ummm. This is kind of awkward. So 'ben' means 'son' or 'son of' in Hebrew. So Yeshua ben Yosef - Jesus son of Joseph / Yehoshua ben YHVH - Jesus son of God, etc. Yehoshua ben Nazaria makes zero sense. Jesus, son of Nazareth? Additionally, in Jesus's time, they spoke Aramaic, a cousin of sorts to Hebrew. In Aramaic, it would have been 'bar', not 'ben'. But it would still make zero sense. Names in this context are typically used to distinguish one given Jesus from another Jesus in the same place. Saying that He was Jesus the Nazarene in Nazareth wouldn't help to distinguish from others with the same name. It was a fairly common name at that time, so it wouldn't be useful - except for *outside* Nazareth. It also wouldn't be 'nazaria', it would be 'nasraya' in Aramaic.
