Mass Closing Salesforce Tasks

This was great man... my SF Tasks were out of control ... The new 2019 UI in SF in different but the concept was the same and easy to figure out.

Thanks everyone! We had the same problem. Between the original video and the comments, I was able to add the multiple select feature in 10 minutes. You guys are awesome.......

How do you get the close task check box field to actually close the task when selected? That is the only part I have not figured out. Appreciate any help.

It's been a while, so I don't remember the exact steps. I created this video for our team to use so they can close their tasks, not as an admin guide necessarily. As best I remember, I created a custom activity checkbox field. There were a number of criteria that had to be met though.
