I never noticed at 17:46 that EDI looks over to Traynor to encourage her to speak up. It's pretty damn sweet that EDI championed Samantha from the start. EDI requested she remain on board and always made sure the others knew when Traynor deserved credit for her work. A good mentor. Helped build our girl's confidence!

Traynor is the true hero of the reaper war, without her and her valiant toothbrush Shepard would have lost the Normandy to her evil clone and the entire war effort would have fallen apart with 2 Shepards running around fighting each other. I hope there is a memorial erected on the citadel in her honor. Just her and her toothbrush, and on the memorial an engraving "Weren't expecting this were you, well neither were we."

@@Longtail626 The worst part is... Well, it's been a lot, but, [SPOILERS] the worst part is, the awful ending isn't only the death of Shepard. I'm personally more a happy ending guy but I can understand the death of a hero ending. Problem is that ending kills the entire universe. First, no more MRL traveling, which means the intergalatic community is no more, they are all separated by a distance impossible to reach without MRL travel. And in ME universe is stated that, apart of Mass Relays, there's no other way. Second, no more citadel, no more galactic community either. And third, and most important, in two of three endings the reapers are still around. So, either you just canonize destruction, find a new MRL traveling and just make the endings totally pointless, because if you wanted the universe to continue in a similar fashion,, then what's the point of that ending? Just make a return of the jedi, reapers blowing up and all. But if you keep that ending and stick to it, then the Mass Effect universe is gone, for good. That's the worst part of all. They created the best universe, something that deserved to be among Star Wars, Star Trek and similar, or even higher, and then they just kill it with a single downhill finale of 5 incoherent minutes. Until the clusterfuck of the ghost child the ending was perfect. The epic battle we all wanted to see against the reapers, specially after Citadel DLC, where every other ark was done for, perfectly closed. And then...

The Asari Commandos are toured to be among the best special forces of the galaxy, on par with or even better than the Salarian's STG (those guys are focused more on infiltration and espionage, basically alien James Bonds), and yet every Asari commando you come across are easily gunned down and throughout the series they have a pretty poor showing lol. The STG gets more jobs done than them and they aren't even supposed to be frontline soldiers xD.

There's a lot better dialog if you do the Tuchanka bomb missions after hooking up. When Samantha says she would have jumped on the bomb, Shepard replies she expects nothing less from someone who uses her shower. Also, if Garrus dies in ME2, Traynor comes to check on Shepard after (not)curing the genophage and she stares at her butt.

It’s my head cannon that Shepard can dance but chooses not to in front of the crew to help ease tension like the recoding of Anderson when he’s in the shuttle going into the first contact war and he told a joke to break the silence and get a laugh, and not be great at everything. Iirc she’s dances the same way some of them do in ME2 (when you’re in the club hunting morinth) and another time in the bar in ME3 but no crew mates are around save for maybe joker and edi depending on story progression. TLDR shep can boogy but chooses not to to let the team have something to laugh at to ease tension/stress and get a laugh

Same. I imagine that Anderson gave her some advice pre ME1 about leadership and team dynamics. In so many ways Shep is larger than life. It's good to have one non-mission-critical thing that Shep sucks at - let's her team still see her as human without compromising their trust in her abilities.
