When I played Mass Effect, this piece of music inspired me to download the soundtrack for the game. I was always sad that this track was so short. Your version exceeds the original on so many fronts. I recommend putting the first games version next to the second games version and playing them looped on iTunes or something. Works really well since the versions are slightly different. Gets a more satisfying run time out of it. Or, listen to this one. That's a good idea too.
