In this video I demonstrate treatment to the elbow flexor brachialis. This muscle definitely goes under the radar and can be involved in entrapment of the sensory branch of the radial nerve and its trigger point loves to refer to the thumb.
It can also mimic biceps tendinopathy beautifully, so palpation is the key. Remember when working this muscle you will be pushing back onto the humerus bone so be gentle and watch your clients' thresholds.
This muscle is an absolute must when working with powerlifters, body builders, weightlifters, Crossfit, archers and any throwing athletes.
