It would be awesome if you could talk about brachialis trigger points/pain on the inside of the elbow. Nobody ever seems to discuss that. Even between the tricep and bicep, but on the inside (towards the torso).

that's a nice stretch. felt good. i'm hoping it will help. i feel this pain the most when using a shoulder press machine. it's only in my left arm at the outer edge of the bicep.

Thanks a lot. I will give it a try. I think I injured my brachialis on my right arm because I feel pain on my biceps when I do hammer curls but don't feel pain at all when I do regular curls.

@@imsubscribingtoeveryonewho840 you are literally me i also did 2.5 kg biceps quick tip do on a hang on a door using your arms or try doing a pull-up, i don't have a pull-up bar so i tried doing a pullup on a door it fixes 80% pain and rest 20% are bearable .

Hello and Thanks for Watching!😄In general, stretches should be held for 30-60 seconds for 4 reps at a frequency of 1-2 times a day to increase range of motion and decrease pain. Feel free to increase the frequency as tolerated. If you perform contract/relax, then do 3-5 contract/relax reps and hold the final stretch for 30 sec. This maybe the issue I have. Just the first benchpress or pushup is a bit painful, but then eases. I may have developed the issue carrying a heavy shopping basket around the supermarket, as it looks macho lol, rather than push a small trolley.

I just found this video today. I have a pain in my upper arm from below the shoulder to right before the elbow. This happens from sleeping on my side. Used to not do this and has for a couple of years now. I could work it out throughout the day most days but not anymore. It hurts to take shirts off. It's that motion of bending the right arm at the elbow and then raising to lift the shirt over my head. It's that raising time when it hurts. No shoulder pain just the upper arm. I just tried this exercise you show in the video and it helps. Do you have any other videos that might help me or any suggestions? I am not sure if my pain is bicep or something else in my arm. Please help. Thank you!

My upper bicep hurts when I lift my arm overhead with the fist closed. I believe it's bicep tendonitis. Something that helped was lifting the elbow above your head with your palm open and facing you. Bend elbow so palm reaches behind your head. Hold for at least 90 seconds, 3x day.

@@mintm4276 This exercise works for me. I don't have the bar setup like he does so I do it at the kitchen sink/counter. It is the only thing I have found that works. Even my chiropractor doesn't help. This video is a blessing for me!

I too have this problem, I use to curl moderate weight for high rep range (25+). But can't straighten my left arm fully after working out & it stays for 12-24 hours. Is it normal? Will it cause any harm to my arm?

What I thought was a distal biceps tendonitis injury, I'm now thinking is a brachioradialis muscle injury. I feel it below the bicep muscle like you mentioned, but also to left of my distal biceps tendon(down 1/2 inch where the elbow bends and then to the left 1/2 inch to be precise) (left arm) that is the brachioradialis right? Even when I bench press it hurts fairly badly. Like the arm is really weak when it flares up and can't lift like it used to....

After every single arm wrestling session... 3 days later this muscle kills me. Keeps me awake all night and stays with me all day long until i put pressure on it. Your advice helped relieve my pain so much. Thank you!!!! I stretch alot, have a good diet, stay hydrated and exercise with quality movement but still end up with severe brachialis pain and I've got really good arm wrestling technique. Any advice on how to not get this pain anymore. It's making me not give my best at the table which sucks for my performance

Same pain i got after armwrestling iam not able to sleep the pain stays all day long when i lift weights at the gym it goes when iam under pressure with weights but as soon as i drop them it comes back and i have it from 4 days nw its too much of a discomfort i can't bear it anymore.

Hey, regarding my arm pain.. i can't tell where the pain is exactly coming from ..it feels to start from the upper inner elbow and then going in bicep and a bit in tricep too.. It only hurts when i do pulling excercises but not instantly ..the pain slowly starts to kick in my 5th or 6th set..and then it hurts all day and next day it's gone.. I also took 2 mnths of complete rest from training due to my studies..and when i started training again, the pain was still there!! The stretch you told helps to relieve the pain ..but it keeps coming back in every training. It has been like that from a year now.. Please reply

I hope you would see my comment So,my problem is, whenever I do preacher curls or push ups I feel some pain in my left bicep(like,inside),but I don't feel any pain while hammer curling and whenever I do push ups I feel some clicking or catching sensation Before that I had some pain around my shoulder while doing push-ups (but not always and now I have no pain) This happens for like a week now,I know you're not a doctor and that you can't really tell me the problem just by reading my comment,but I really want some help I don't think it's tendonitis 'cuz there ain't no swelling, don't feel no weakness in the arm,I have no problem lifting the arm,I feel the pain only when doin preacher curls or push ups

I've excess pump and pain in my right hand whenever I do bench press..and that clicking sensation while push up and tricep dips.. 😪

I have had upper arm burning/cramping for over 10 years now! Can't even keep my phone to my ear without my arm cramping/seizing up. I believe it came on when I was overtraining in Boxing back in 2008/2009, I was also doing manual labor all day, using tools and heavy lifting. I first started noticing when my arms were raised in a boxing guard I could not keep them raised due to the burning/cramping and I had to lower them for the pain to slowly fade away! Also when I hit the pads it would hurt deep in my tricep/bicep area on impact. Even using a skipping rope causes too much burning in my upper arms and trapezius/neck. When I do repetitive movements like use a hammer or even just brushing my teeth! Basically any repetitive movement or if I have to hold my arms up. I also get the same burning in my neck/traps area too. It's so painful but no X-Ray , MRI or Nuclear CT scan can pick anything up! I had to quit sport and any strenuous arm activity all those years ago! Literally feels like it is deep in the tricep area! Here in the UK I have spent thousands of pounds on private scans, physios, massages, chiropractors and it is still no different!
