I get tired of water geting in to it so I scrap it and made filterhousing to fit MF135 dry air filter and works like a charm.

Did you have an inner "cup" with some holes on the bottom housing? Are you supposed to fill that inner part with oil too?

Hello, yes my tractor has an inner cup, sometimes referred to as a centre ring, alongside the outer ring. Here's something I have copied for you from a Forum, which explains it well - the easiest way to avoid any confusion is to fill the centre ring as you describe it up to the holes…..the oil then will run out of the holes and start to fill up the outer ring. When the outer ring and inner ring are both at the same level you have cracked it….if there isn#t any visible level mark inside your air filter bowl you can then make your own mark where the oil level settles
