Looking at that, l would say this tractor has had a new lift cover casting and a centre housing. Hard to say why the pinion nose bearing housing inside the rear axle has been repaired?. Clearly a major failure and as you say, a bolted crownwheel is a definate give away of a repair. Replacement crown wheel and pinion kits came with bolts, nuts and pot of glue. Keep up the good work. We used to get two long lift cover bolts from the stores, cut the heads off, chamfer, cut a screwdriver slot in them and used them as lining up studs on axles, bell housings when doing clutches etc. MF Multiflow tines from a combine were great for lining up pto plates and picking out circlips.
