Since I am doing the virtual learning through my day program for adults with disabilities I don’t need a lot of supplies. I got some more pens, spiral notebooks, and composition books. The local grocery store Harris Teeter has a lot of supplies. I got really cute supplies that help make classes something I look forward to especially my early morning classes.

My kids both hate "hard pants" so jeans are out and they mostly wear sweatpants and leggings. It is a bit hard because my second is a boy and most of the pants in the boys departments are "hard pants". He also likes colorful clothes so I mainly buy his pants in the girls department because he prefers red, orange, purple, light blues etc over grey, green, dark blue and black. Only time I get him into typical boys clothes is if they have dinosaurs or sharks. Even then he is sad when they are green or grey.
@bradybrowning82743 жыл бұрын
Yes! My girls definitely prefer softer clothing too. It is so hard trying to find things they love right now.

OMG my youngest created the term HARD PANTS when he was really little and we wore leggins and sweats for the majority of his life until he had a uniform then we discovered medium pants, basic6this meant it had some type waist band that a belt could go through no matter what material and about 11 years old he started trying jeans and now he is open to all types. As a little girl not liking hard pants we did leggings and bike shorts and skorts with little dresses or long tops.

Sometimes it's just easier to let them pick their own shoes lol. We have 1 in daycare, 1 starting elementary, 1 in middle and 2 in high school. I don't even wanna know how many school supplies we've bought.

Does tape disappear from anyone else's houses? Sometimes it mysteriously reappears in weird places in the house. I think it hides in the extra socks when it knows I'm looking for it lol

I'm finally home and able to watch!! OMG the crazy day it's been. Iron infusion and car breaking down in the middle of no where no phone signal and a sick tummy from the infusion lol. It's all good now, even better with Brady!!! 💕💕💕 Edit: oh wow that's so funny I wear kids size socks and can wear a 10 in kids shoes which I think is a 7 in adult not sure(I dont anymore due to swelling). Adult socks just do not fit right on me lol. I'm going to order those socks you got your girls those are great.
@bradybrowning82743 жыл бұрын
Oh my goodness! What a rough day! I am so glad you are home safely now! I hope you love the socks! That is so cool that you can go between kids and adult sizes!

@@bradybrowning8274 Thank you. Yes theres no place like home...especially when you feel sick. Its definitely cheaper being able to get kids shoes the designs are a little tricky though haha.

My 2 girls (11 and 9) are starting school at the end of August. We’re in south eastern Michigan (normally most schools start after Labor Day) they’re going back face to face for the first time since March of 2020 and they’re excited and nervous. I put them in a new school and this is the first year my youngest will be in herself since her sister will be in another school. (Middle) I managed to get all my supplies from Walmart online for both my girls minus their clothing (I buy them throughout the year as needed) I do get them an out fit or two for the beginning of the school year. I hope your kiddos have a wonderful school year, this year :)

He is doing well, thank you so much for asking about him! Whew! It is definitely a hot one today! Hopefully the rain we are supposed to get will cool it back down...I doubt it lol Take care!!

Does your school making kids vaccines before they can go back to school my grandkids go school in Michigan they don't start until 25 and don't know how they are doing it
@bradybrowning82743 жыл бұрын
No they are not requiring vaccines. Kids under are not eligible for the vaccine anyway so they would be unable to require it.

The amount of stuff kids have to take to school is just ridiculous. I don’t have kids but I don’t remember taking half that stuff ti school
