Do the same thing but add Drones, sword Elites, Brute Chieftains, Stalker Brutes, Jackal Snipers, Heavy Grunts, Wraiths, Ghosts, Brute Choppers, Ghosts, Banshees, Brute Prowlers, and Shade Turrets to the Covenant, and just send a lot more Flood to combat the Covenant heavy weapons, and armor.

@Gibbon I've seen his vids. He definitely hasn't done a elites vs brutes video with various ranks. He had a Halo 2 Elites vs Brute honor guards. I am suggesting a Halo 2 battle with a mix of say elite minors, majors, rangers, Ultras or Spec Ops elites, and Zealots vs a brute minors, majors, captains, honor guards, and brute chieftains (Tartarus AI with no shields). Sone of the vids I'm asking for are more strategic versions of things he may have done before.

@@st.doojan No he hasn't. I'm one of his biggest fans and critics. He had a Halo 3 brute chieftains vs sword elites vid (which was only minors and majors). I'd like to see a mix of minors, majors, spec ops, Ultras, and zealots vs brute minors, captains, stalkers, captain majors/ultra brute captains, and chieftains/war chieftains. These forces on both sides should have a variety of weapons that they are known for using in the Halo ce-3 timeline. He had UNSC vs Covenant but it wasn't really the UNSC since it was elites plus UNSC forces vs Covenant and Covenant (it also wasn't just brutes since it included jackals, unngoy, hunters). Great Schism wasn't an all out elites vs brutes fight either since it included hunters, jackals, unngoy, etc.

@@billclark5055 to be fair, it was an extremely long time ago when he did that ai battle, and there aren't any actual elite Zealots or Ultras in Halo 3 so he was just using the 2 main elite ranks in the game. Since it's so long ago he probably at the time didn't no how to properly modify the Elites to have custom shield strength and armor color to match what an Ultra and Zealot in Halo 3 would really actually be like health wise, which is why he went with Minors anr Majors

Would you be able to make a video with Spec Ops Elites (and/or maybe a modded Ultra) fight against the Flood and maybe the Jiralhanae? It would be nice to see that rank of Sangheili fighting a huge onslaught of enemies with swords and carbines, since they're the only rank that throws plasma grenades. Well with some of the modding tools MCC to PC will bring us, I wonder if we could turn the AI into a skirmish scale RTS. UNSC, vs Covenant, Vs Flood, vs Sentinals/Promethians. Will have to work on Spartan AI though, unless that would be the USNC special power summon a playable character.

Welp, this video explains why the flood kick the crap out of the Covenant: They keep shooting and blowing each other up trying to take down ONE enemy. Really I can't be grumpy about it. They aren't players, after all. In a situation like this, a group of players working together would (in theory) be more mindful about friendly fire, especially since as player you'd have limited ammo. The Covvies fire at other AI like they do have limited ammo, but unload like the galaxy is ending when going up against a player unless it's a Grunt with a needler. This does not play in their favor when they're going up against Flood, who are always ruthless in their attack patterns regardless of whether it's AI, or players they're going against. Covvies also don't dance around the battlefield about as much when going against other AI as opposed to fighting players. They don't try to dodge grenades most of the time, they don't try to take cover (not that there's any cover for them to take here), and that's another thing not in their favor when going against flood. As far as the Halo series goes, The Flood were pretty much made to butcher AI opponents, and they do it very well most of the time. I must need sleep. Nobody asked for the above. WhereTF did that all come from?? Anyway, thanks for the video. :)

Maybe with the MCC PC mods we could make this into an RTS. Instead of bases you have Landing Zones and drop ships deliver reinforcements. 21:25 might need to work on that AI with rockets slightly. 22:14 WTF is this, Caboose's Revenge? Another thing on the scorpion and wraith tanks, it seems like the secondary machine guns end up doing more damage over all than the main cannons.

I have to say, of all the Halo games, Halo 3 had the worst Elite AI. They're constantly idle, they're melee does practically no damage (except when wielding a sword) and they take even less damage than Marines! You can tell that Bungie really didn't put as much effort into the Elite AI, which could be because they weren't going to be featured very often throughout the campaign. I wish that hadn't been the case.

Hunters haven't actually fought against the flood in any serious sense since Halo CE, If you leave the hunters alive in the second shield tower you can kite them into fighting the flood that spawn on your way back down but aside from that we've never seen how they hold their own. I'd especially love to see this in Halo 2.

Another frustrating thing is the covvie's refusal to retreat and take advantage of their main advantage: range. No. Only melee when you have a hammer or a sword or you're bopping a dead guy so the popcorn doesn't wake him up
