Because a gymnast weighs maybe 160lbs and uses their own bodyweight for hours.

I'm really happy that Nick is working with Matt again. I think the reason Nick did it was because he's not 100% happy with where he is right now. Now that he's back with Matt, I think you'll start to see him really change. As far as Derek goes, look at him. He's standing next to Nick and doesn't even look small. Not to mention I think he has the best lats in the IFBB right now. They remind me of Dorian's. Him and Bonac are going to have one hell of a battle if they're both in shape . Bonac has better arms but Derek is wider with a better V taper and probably better legs. Derek has better flow too.
