Derek is the perfect example of you don't need perfect form to build an incredible physique as long as you're focused on the muscles you're working. Those bent over rows were almost like shrugs he was up so straight. Even Hany tried to correct that the last time he trained back with Hany. Derek probably should lighten up the weight a bit and focus on detail for his back. His back probably can't get any bigger than it is. If he's able to hold on to most of the size he has right now and come in conditioned he wins easily. The problem is that's easier said than done. If the contest was tomorrow he'd win hands down.
