My understanding is that a cow’s leg is slowly cooked for 10+ hours until it is falling off the bone! The broth is just ridiculously good!!! My uncle would take 2 days to make this dish!!! Prepping in the morning and start the cooking in the afternoon. Slow cooking it overnight!!! By late lunch or early dinner the following day, the soup would be ready!!! ☮️🖖🏽

@ Mike Chen the thing that makes that pansit you ate in Balinsasayaw is that pansit being a noodle dish, their version instead of making with noodles is young coconut strips making it look like noodles at the same time with that smooth texture and a hint of the sweet coconut bringing it all together as pansit.

More than using the serving spoon to eat. I am more amazed by how much he had eaten. Like his orders can feed upto 10 pips! 🤤🤤🤤

Wtf Mikey. I have watched this for about a hundred times and it still makes me proud. Visiting and eating our foods from tagaytay tells me that this place is one of the best tourist spot here in our country in terms of food. I hope you'll come back here and meet you in person. I seriously cried when I saw this and doesn't made a chance to see you. I hope we'll meet in person sooner. Btw I'm from tagaytay.

Victor Vergel Muncal yep it takes some time but it's for the flavor. I usually cant always have a smile on my face but if the beef in bulalo is so tenderand flavorful, i smile like a kid having the time of my life. Like i literally cant control myself from smiling and laughing
