It’s super great but like any online platform, there’s always a few bad eggs. 95% of the time it’s super fast and really cheap especially compared to any other platform, but always pay through their platform and even if someone tries to cheat you, it’s super easy to get your money back via PayPal so the risk is lessened

Bricklink is a great source of bulk parts, as is Bricks and Pieces for stuff that’s still in production like the Voodoo balls - alternatively, maybe try bulk lots on eBay?
