Ratio + Robin can still clear Aventurine moC 12 easy as Yunli with a multiple team option even tough the boss have 40% Imaginary RES. But Acheron E0S1 + jiaoqiu + robin can't 0 cycle Aventurine, even tough it's her best team

Hard disagree on Yunli have less future upgrade potential than Acheron. Acheron just got a character specifically made for her also it's not as simple as getting any character with a debuff it has to be synergistic with her team. Yunli on the other hand is a crit dps that not only fits FUA but also hypercarry, she's probably one of the only things keeping Sparkle relevant. Yunli could benefit from future follow up or crit buffs, energy batteries and enemy speed as a whole going up.

Yeah enemy strenght will only make Yunli(and Clara) stronger, and like you said she can easily get a lot of support indirectly because she check FuA and if they decide to give a counter DPS or a counter sup, the endgame will be favorable to her

Saying Acheron can get buffed so she deserves a higher tier is stupid, you could say this about literally every character in the game. "if the next big dps scales with speed Asta can be T0", "if the next harmony consumes the party's HP Blade can be T0.5", you see how it doesn't make sense? Acheron is perfectly fine at T0.5 at e0s0, she is a DPS in a gacha game, we all know DPS are the easiest to powercreep, and it happened to Acheron, that's it, there is no need for further mental gymnastics and hypotetics. Furthermore, even Prydwen admitted on their discord that at e0s1 both Feixiao, Acheron and Yunli are T0, and since 90% of Acheron owners have her LC there is literally no reason to be so upset about it

Beta V1 has started with Sunday and Fugue in showcases in 2.7 MoC 12, etc. Those with access (I don't have any) are testing them out now. Meanwhile, a reliable source has updated their list of new 3.x units. They have confirmed for 3.0 a new 5 star Nihility unit and a new Destruction unit (could it be Aglaea, her own element remaining unspecified, the first unit datamined to summon a Servant, rumored to be human, who does lightning attacks?). For 3.x, only 1 new unit each of Harmony, Hunt, and Abundance are being planned; 0 new Preservation units are being planned. And so on.

acheron need and will drop even further, she is just too fucking slow and all her dmg is tremendously backloaded, "she has potential to move up" so do all other characters lol, when and IF she get better she can move up but in reality she will never move up because even if they make a support that give her 9 stack on the spot by that time the dps meta will be so much better than her that she will be a big ask to go back and invest in her

I think if its e0s0 like prywden says, Acheron is certainly not better than Yunli. Yunli also likes her LC but shes nowhere near as dependent as Acheron, lets be honest. If you add her LC yes you can start a discussion about her being highest tier. But I also think they'll raise her back next MoC anyway. A large AoE wave will make her one of the best options.

I don't think she'll go back up, but on their discord they have said Yunli, Acheron and Feixiao are all T0 if you have their Sig LC, but without it Feixiao is just superior, and I agree. Both Acheron and Yunli's LC are like an extension of their kits, it changes them mechanically, while most other DPS sig is just stat stick with some bonus damage sources. Since this is an e0s0 tier list, it's completely fair to evaluate Acheron and Yunli below FF and FX IMO

e0s0 Acheron is far from t0, Prydwen shows how each character performs a variety of light cones in their profile and there has always been a big gap between s1 and s0. S0 Acheron hasn't been t0 in a while, Prydwen was just waiting to see if Jiaoqiu changed things but he didn't. Also Ratio cleared this MoC as fast as Acheron if both are s0.

in before the sea of comments about Acheron being in the same tier as Ratio and saying she should be higher or he should go down... please look at actual data which shows Ratio and Acheron have been relatively similar in strength for a while... Ratio>Acheron is single and two target content ( The majority of MOC12s we have had so far... Kafka, Argenti, Hooley, Aventurine, etc...) Acheron>Ratio in 3 enemies plus (Rn only 2 MOC12s exist like this Choir and Upcoming Bananacademy)

Prydwen’s data for the last 3 MOC tells us they have a very similar performance, however Acheron has 42% and Ratio has 10% usage rate. You could argue a lot more people have Ratio than Acheron, but even if you decrease Acheron’s usage rate by 50%, she still outperforms him by this statistics. If you really think MOC statistics mean anything. According to MOC stats, Fu Xuan is better than HuoHuo, even with bigger usage rate. This just shows how unreliable and almost useless it is

Not to mention how 82% of times Ratio plays with Robin which by default should give him a huge advantage over Acheron who has no AV in her team. And how do you explain Fu Xuan being higher than HuoHuo? Even for this MOC she has lower average cycle than her. Sometimes even characters like Xyuei or Seele become the best characters by average cycle, of course I can’t take it seriously

Dr ratio should move down, but I don’t think Yunli and Acheron are currently that far appart, you can’t penalize Yunli just because she currently has better teammates than Acheron. People keep saying “Acheron will be stronger once more supports for her comes” but currently she doesn’t have them so it’s a mute point

I agree, that's such a brain dead point, judging characters by potential will get us absolutely nowhere, every single one of them can suddenly get a support that shoots them up some tiers(although that has never happened in this game yet for any DPS). Yunli and Acheron, at e0s0, on average can do comparable amounts of damage and its a little behind Feixiao and Firefly. Ratio in the same tier is kinda questionable but its the follow up comp carrying his ass so it's okish since the criteria is the DPS on its best team comps

Feel like they should move Lingsha to T0 in MoC. She's a beast of a sustain and people really underestimated how much damage she dishes out as one. Her toughness damage is unmatched especially in AoE. If they wanna stick to only 2 characters in T0, then probably drop Huohuo to T0.5 as well. DoT really isn't the best rn and hasn't been for a while, and Huohuo is the main sustain there. Granted, Yunli makes really good use of her, but since Yunli is T0.5, I don't see too many issues dropping Huohuo half a tier.

@@pevby It easily is. She's incredibly comfortable as a premium sustain AND she dishes out alot of damage. Only thing she can't really do is prevent one-shots, but Huohuo can't do that either yet she's still regarded as a very good sustain.

I think Acheron could move back up but I think it’s a fair placement, you can’t rank them by what -could- possibly happen in the future (which is why topaz was so low for a long time). I do think though Acheron is still one of the best characters for all modes

Yeah, no. Pyrdwen isn't, and hasn't been fit for purpose for a while. The splitting of valid meta types kinda screwed them over on how they can rate characters, and the exploding roster kinda muddies the waters as to what sort of function it serves now. Asides from supports and maybe a couple sustains, no character is an account Maker in isolation, and that's what this sort of tier list depicts. I think if we're comparing tiers at this point, it needs to be team based, not character based.

Ngl though I don't agree with acheron not being t0 I do agree that her flaws have become more apparent for me. If you don't have e2s1 your acheron is gonna be like 10x worse especially since I don't have the premium nihility units. Faxiao has really strong f2p set ups, break has 2 characters that are f2p and though you want Ruan Mei she isn't required. Acheron you need those premium units to truly make her work
